Nicole

Nicole started working in the dental field in 1997.  She joined the 1447 Dental team in 2007.  Her primary focus includes patient accounts, insurance management and administrative responsibilities.  Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Born and raised in York, Rachel brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service to the 1447 Dental Team, including 17 years dedicated to the field of Oral Surgery.  Rachel takes great joy in working with the public, offering a warm and friendly approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Rachel loves spending quality time with family and friends.  Traveling is a particular passion, especially trips to the beach.  She also enjoys attending comedy shows and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Jen

Jen graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1995 where she studied to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.  She has been with our practice since 1998.  Jen and her husband have two daughters.

Hannah

Hannah has been working in dentistry since 2014.  She joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2019, shortly after graduating from Harrisburg Area Community College.  Hannah is married and has two dogs.  She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends as well as going to the beach. 

Shelby

Shelby joined the 1447 Dental team in October 2019.  She received her education from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 15 years.   Shelby has a strong passion for promoting and teaching patients about the importance of oral care and its affects on overall health.  Outside of the office, Shelby is married to her high school sweetheart, Brad, with whom she has two amazing sons.

Katye joined the 1447 Dental team in July 2022, bringing 18 years of dental experience with her.  She provides excellent dental care to her patients and enjoys educating them on maintaining their dental health.

Katye is a York County native, graduating from Christian School of York in 2000.  She continued her education at Pennsylvania College of Technology where she received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.  Katye resides in York with her husband, 2 sons and 3 dogs.  She loves the beach, especially Cape May.  Her boys love roller coasters, so she enjoys taking them to Hershey Park.

Tonya joined the 1447 Team in June 2025.  Prior to graduating from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2005, Tonya served as a dental assistant for six years. Subsequently, she transitioned into the role of a dental hygienist, gaining experience in both general dentistry and periodontal care. Tonya enjoys educating patients and undertaking challenging cases. She is proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and has integrated ASL into her training regimen with Comet, her deaf dog. 

Tonya is married and resides in Etters. Outside of her professional obligations, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, reading, and exploring new restaurants.

Jen

Jen has been part of the 1447 Dental team for over 19 years.  Her passion for dentistry drove her to study and become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA).  Jen is married and has two sons.

Deb

Deb is a native of York and has been with the practice since 2004.  Deb’s son and daughter-in-law have blessed her with four grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with.

Amanda

Amanda has been a part of the team since 2007.  She believes that when you step into our office, you become family.  Amanda enjoys working with our advanced technology and feels that, along with our years of experience, it helps us provide the best possible care for our patients.  While not in the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog.

Born and raised in Hanover, PA, Lori has spent the last 36 years as a dental assistant near her hometown.  She joined the 1447 Dental team in September 2019.  Outside of the office, Lori enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. 

Originally from northern Maryland, Julia joined the 1447 team in April 2024. She has a passion for making every patient feel welcome and at ease when they come to the office. She enjoys connecting with patients and building trusting relationships with them. When she’s not working, Julia loves to sing and go to Orioles games.
